Students
Student Summary Page
This page lists all the active students enroled in the school.
Select the 'Show Historical Students' checkbox to include students who have left the school
To view the student financial details, click the > button to expand the transaction view.
List Options
To the right of the header there are five buttons:
Refresh
This will request updated data from the server and refresh the display.
Add
This will enable the user to add a new student's enrolment information.
Reset display
This option will reset the view to the default columns.
Export all data
This will export the contents of the list to Microsoft Excel format.
Column Chooser
This will open a window with additional columns that may be added to the view. Drag the required column to the view, or drag an unwanted column from the view into the Column Chooser window to remove it from the view.
The view layout will be saved as your prefered view. Click the Reset display button to discard the saved view layout.

Student Options
The following action buttons are available to right of each student:
Delete
Student records can only be deleted if there are no transactions captured for the student.
The delete cannot be reversed.
Edit
This will open the student's enrolment information for viewing or editing
Notes
This will open the notes dialog where notes attached to the student can be viewed or added.
SMS
This will open the SMS contact form that will enable sending an SMS message to the parents of the student.
The SMS button will only be visible if SMS integration is configured.
Transaction View
To view the student financial details, click the > button to expand the transaction view.
Period
Select the number of month's transactions to appear on the statement
| Period Range | Description |
|---|---|
| Current | Include the transactions for the Current Period only. See Transaction Periods. |
| 3 months | Include the transactions for the Current Period and the two months before that. |
| 6 months | Include the transactions for the Current Period and the five months before that. |
| All | Include all the transactions. |
View Options
To the right of the header there are three buttons:
Email
This will open Email Statement form that will enable email the account statement.
Refresh
This will request updated data from the server and refresh the transactions display.
Export all data
This will export the contents of the transactions list to Microsoft Excel format.
Transactions
The list of transactions for the selected period.
Deposits
The list of deposit transactions for the student.
Deposit transactions always includes all transactions. The selected period does not apply to deposit transactions.
