Grades
This page lists all the grades defined for the school. It should be set up the way the school defines grades.
Invoicing depends on the correct configuration of grades.

Capturing Grades
Add the all the grades presented by the school.
The Next Grade defines the grade when the student promotes. In the example below students in Toddlers promote to Pre-school.
For the last grade (Primary in the example), there is no Next Grade and should therefore be left empty.

List Options
To the right of the header there are two buttons:
Refresh
This will request updated data from the server and refresh the display.
Add
This will enable the user to add a new grade.
Batch Options
The following action buttons are available to right of each grade record:
Edit
This will allow editing the grade.
Delete
This will delete the grade.
The grade cannot be deleted if there are students assigned to the grade or if there is a class assigned to the grade.
