GL Accounts

This lists the General Ledger (GL) accounts used for allocating fees.

There are two required GL Accounts:

1. School Fees
2. Bank

Additional GL Account entries may be created as needed.

Not Integrated with an Online Accounting System

Create GL Accounts that reflect how you want to group the transactions.

This is an example of a typical configuration:

GL Account	Description	Tax Type
School Fees	School Fees	Default
Stationery	Books and Stationery	Default
Extramurals	Extramural Activities	Default
Bank	Student Payments	Default

Integrated with an Online Accounting System

Create GL Accounts that reflect how you want to group the transactions.

Link each of the GL Account entries to the equivalent GL account in the online accounting system.
